I am born in UK, now live in Monaco, but have my serious stereo system in Bonn

I came across your active forum following a thread about running Window on a Virtual Hard Drive.

I am now in my 4th Hi Fi Wave, a) University, b) Before Kids, c) Kids leave home d) finshed paying tuition fees

I started actively working on PC audio 10 months ago after hearing PCM to DSD 128 upsampling done by JRiver MC 19 and being stunned by the results. I never thought CD music could sound so good, and even better than vinyl !

My system in Bonn is

HQ Player 3.6.1.1 on various PC's > HQ Player NAA on WS 2012 + AO(MSM) on i7 3770 on DH61DL mobo > TOTALDAC D1 USB cable > Exasound E20 Mk III with 0.82 clock > Hypex NCore 400 >
Inakustik LS1203 > B&W 805D
Subwoofer DSpeaker 8033 > Velodyne SPL 1200 Ultra
GIK room treatment, diagonal speaker placement

I am active on Computer Audiophile and on the Italian forum NextHardware
